In one case, the tracker showed a container in Tasmania that the carrier claimed hadn’t arrived, but we knew otherwise. In another instance, a primary producer was working with a new carrier, shipping high-value, time-critical produce to a receiver who was worried about it spoiling. Both parties were able to track it in real-time throughout the journey, eliminating concerns that it wouldn’t arrive in time.

How the tracking works
The technology is based on…. well, that’s actually a trade secret and we need to keep some of those up our sleeves. However, it is reusable, transferable and has a two-year lifespan.
